TORONTO, Oct. 24, 2016 /CNW/ - CraveTV announced today that, for the first time ever, new and returning SHOWTIME programming will debut on CraveTV, immediately bolstering the amount of exclusive, first-run programming on the streaming service. SHOWTIME's award-winning hit series, specials, and documentaries will begin streaming on CraveTV day-and-date with their broadcast premieres on SHOWTIME in the U.S., beginning with acclaimed drama THE AFFAIR on Sunday, Nov. 20 at 10 p.m. ET.

As a result of the new strategy, CraveTV subscribers can look forward to new SHOWTIME programming on the service every single week, in addition to CraveTV's weekly roll-out of additional new content every week on #iCraveFridays.

Brand-new SHOWTIME series premiering on CraveTV in 2017 include the greatly anticipated David Lynch drama TWIN PEAKS, the dramedy I'M DYING UP HERE, created by Canadian Jim Carrey, and limited series GUERILLA, starring Idris Elba.
