The Ontario Brain Institute Offers $50,000 to Jump-Start your Neurotech Start-up

TORONTO, Jan. 11, 2017 /CNW/ - OBI's unique ONtrepreneurs (Ontario Neurotech Entrepreneurs) Program offers up to 10 early-stage entrepreneurs the opportunity to build a start-up company and develop a technology applicable to brain disorders or brain health:
- $50,000 in funding over one year
- Mentorship from experts in the field
- Training to develop business skills
To date, the OBI ONtrepreneurs has resulted in:
- 34 ONtrepreneurs funded to date
- 10 product launches to market
- $22M in follow-on funding
