Airline rolls out new way to surprise fans of the Toronto Blue Jays
CALGARY, April 13, 2016 /CNW/ - WestJet hits the streets of Toronto today with the WestJet Fanwagon, an exciting new program for fans of the Toronto Blue Jays.
Prior to select home games this season, the WestJet Fanwagon will transport lucky fans to Rogers Centre to enjoy the game from the spectacular WestJet Flight Deck as well as give them a promo code for a discount on a future WestJet flight to New York, Boston or Tampa.
"We've loved having the opportunity to treat Blue Jays fans to amazing experiences in our WestJet Plus Suite and our WestJet Flight Deck at Rogers Centre," said Corey Evans, WestJet's Manager of Sponsorship, Community Investment and Experiential Marketing. "This season, we're excited to hit the road with a brand new way to make a fan's dream come true. We can't wait to see the expressions on people's faces when our WestJet Fanwagon pulls up and invites them to the WestJet Flight Deck at Rogers Centre as guests of WestJet."
Fans are invited to follow #WestJetFanwagon on twitter to find out where the WestJet Fanwagon will be on select home game days. For more information on the WestJet Fanwagon, please visit the WestJet blog.
A proud sponsor of the Toronto Blue Jays since 2012, WestJet continues to work with the club to enhance the guest experience for fans of Canada's only major league baseball team.
