"Each year our awards get bigger and better," said David Sparrow, ACTRA Toronto President. "What a great group of outstanding nominees and winners. My hat's off to all of them. Terry McGurrin - a classic cartoon voice, Amanda Brugel a fantastic comedic actor, and Rick Roberts, well, at the rate he's going, I'm expecting him to morph into R.H. Thomson at any moment. And the spectacular stunts of Marco Bianco...I'm so proud of each and every one of them."
The annual ACTRA Awards in Toronto were presented at The Carlu on February 22, 2014. The gala evening was hosted by Darrell Dennis with live music by Saidah Baba Talibah. The ACTRA Awards in Toronto recognize outstanding performances by ACTRA Toronto members.
