- UPDATE - OPP MAKE ARREST IN RELATION TO 2008 MURDER

Charles AGBAJOH Homicide - Haldimand County

ORILLIA, ON, Sept. 3 /CNW/ - The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has arrested a man in connection with the November 2, 2008 murder of Charles AGBAJOH of Milton Ontario.

Mr. AGBAJOH's body was found off of Haldimand Road 20 in the Hagersville, ON area on April 19, 2009.   At that time police received information that two black males were observed leaving the area in a vehicle. 

As a result of the investigation, the OPP have arrested Elyton Brandon GUY, age 24 of no fixed address.  GUY has been charged with First Degree Murder in the death of AGBAJOH. 

GUY appeared in Cayuga Provincial Court this morning and was remanded into custody.
