TORONTO, Feb. 13, 2019 /CNW/ - Regarding the "/C O R R E C T I O N from CNW - Namaste Technologies Inc./" issued on February 11, 2019 at 09:15 ET, Cision would like to clarify that the original news release "Namaste Board Launches Strategic Review Process; Announces Termination of CEO Sean Dollinger and Commences Legal Action", disseminated on February 4, 2019, was removed from the www.newswire.ca website by Cision because it was not supported by a court docket number, which is required by Cision's content guidelines as an indicator that formal legal proceedings have been filed with an appropriate court. Cision considered that the original release indicated that such filing had already been made at the time of the release.

In issuing its Correction, and in issuing this Clarification, Cision was not and is not making any statements of fact or opinion regarding whether or not legal proceedings may be filed at a later time, on the merits of any potential legal proceedings, or on the factual accuracy of any other elements of the original news release.
