TORONTO, Feb. 11, 2019 /CNW/ - The news release, Namaste Board Launches Strategic Review Process; Announces Termination of CEO Sean Dollinger and Commences Legal Action, disseminated on February 4, 2019, included incorrect statements regarding a pending legal action against Mr. Sean Dollinger.  

Cision's news release content guidelines prohibit the mention of pending legal actions. Cision requires that any mention of legal action be supported by a court docket number to confirm proceedings are before the appropriate court. Cision failed to secure that information before the release was issued.

In fact, no legal action has been taken by Namaste Technologies Inc. against Mr. Dollinger as of the date of the release. As a result, Cision has removed this news release from the www.newswire.ca website. Cision apologizes to Mr. Dollinger.
