TORONTO, Nov. 5 /CNW/ - With another series high audience last night, $#*! MY DAD SAYS is now the #1 new show of the Fall, averaging 2.21 million viewers Thursday nights on CTV*, wiping-out HAWAII FIVE-0 (1.95 million, Global/CBS).
CTV's entire Thursday night went supernova when from 8-11 p.m., CTV's lineup averaged 2.7 million viewers, with every program in primetime beating or tying season high overnight audiences. Also to note:
- At 8 p.m., THE BIG BANG THEORY delivered a series high overnight audience of 3.41 million viewers. The only series on Canadian television to average more than 3 million viewers each week, THE BIG BANG THEORY now has delivered seven of the top 7 television broadcasts this season.
- At 8:30 p.m., the number #1 new show of the Fall, $#*! MY DAD SAYS, retained 72% of THE BIG BANG THEORY audience, setting a new series high with 2.44 million viewers
- At 9 p.m., GREY'S ANATOMY grew by 14% from last week attracting 2.67 million viewers.
- At 10 p.m., THE MENTALIST was once again the #1 drama of the night with 2.71 million viewers.
