PERCÉ, QC, March 12, 2021 /CNW Telbec/ - Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED)
The Honourable Diane Lebouthillier, Member of Parliament for Gaspésie–Les Îles-de-la-Madeleine and Minister of National Revenue, accompanied by the Honourable Pablo Rodriguez, Member of Parliament for Honoré-Mercier, Quebec Lieutenant and Leader of the Government in the House of Commons, will announce Government of Canada financial support to boost the growth of the Pit Caribou microbrewery, an innovative business in the Gaspésie region.
Founded in 2008 and located in L'Anse-à-Beaufils, Pit Caribou is one of the first microbreweries to open in eastern Quebec. The business specializes in manufacturing artisanal beers and has set itself the mission to offer Gaspé beers drawing on local resources.
The announcement of this CED financial contribution will be made on behalf of the Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Economic Development and Official Languages.
