QUÉBEC, July 15, 2020 /CNW Telbec/ - Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED)

As part of the announcement of financial assistance to boost the manufacturing sector, the Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Economic Development and Official Languages, accompanied by the Honourable Jean-Yves Duclos, Member of Parliament for Québec and President of the Treasury Board; and Véronique Proulx, President and CEO of Manufacturiers & Exportateurs du Québec and Senior Vice-President of Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters, will visit Valmec, a young, thriving Industry 4.0 business.

The Minister will be speaking with media representatives and it will also be possible to proceed with individual interviews on site, following physical distancing requirements to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
