Ageing infrastructure, ever-increasing maintenance costs and increasingly frequent extreme weather events all highlight the urgent need for action. To meet these challenges, the Union des municipalités du Québec (UMQ) and the AdapT Institute have decided to pool their expertise, mobilize knowledge and implement concrete solutions to make municipal infrastructures more resilient. This partnership is essential to extend our reach and amplify our impact.
Please note that most of the discussions will take place primarily in French.
