OTTAWA, ON, Feb. 9, 2023 /CNW/ - To mark Black History Month, the Honourable Sean Fraser, Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship, will welcome 21 new citizens at a special citizenship ceremony. The ceremony will be presided by Citizenship Judge Rochelle Ivri.
