OTTAWA, ON, Feb. 4, 2025 /CNW/ - Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) will release its latest Housing Market Outlook (HMO) on Wednesday, February 5 at 10:00am ET.

This version of HMO provides forward-looking analysis for the Canadian economy, new home construction, rental markets, home sales and home prices at the national level.

At the end of February 2025, CMHC will release detailed outlooks for housing markets in Canada's large cities.
