OTTAWA, ON, March 31, 2023 /CNW/ - Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada
The Honourable François-Philippe Champagne, Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry, will join NASA and Canadian Space Agency (CSA) leadership in Houston to announce the names of the astronauts assigned to the Artemis II Moon mission. Canada will make history when a CSA astronaut flies around the Moon as part of Artemis II, the first crewed mission to the Moon since the Apollo missions.
Minister Champagne and CSA Vice-President, Mary Preville, will hold a media availability by teleconference to provide an update of this historic announcement.
