/R E P E A T -- Media Advisory - Minister Fisher to launch first ever Women Veterans Council/

OTTAWA, ON, Jan. 27, 2025 /CNW/ - The Honourable Darren Fisher, Minister of Veterans Affairs and Associate Minister of National Defence, will introduce the members of the inaugural Women Veterans Council.

The event will also feature a live painting by Sarah O'Neill, winner of the Women and War Art Battle held at the Canadian War Museum on November 15, 2024.

Minister Fisher, along with the Women Veterans Council and other event participants, will be available to media and for a photo opportunity following the event.
