MARKHAM, ON, April 23, 2025 /CNW/ - Hyundai Auto Canada is behind an unprecedented adventure that kicks off tomorrow: "The Hyundai Canada EV Road Trip," where a fully electric, 2025 Hyundai IONIQ 5 will depart Markham, Ontario for the shores of the Arctic Ocean, driving through five provinces and two territories, on zero emissions.
Behind the wheel is Patrick Nadeau, an electric vehicle enthusiast who drove his own IONIQ 5 from Québec to Mexico in 2022.
Over the course of the approximate two-month journey, spanning 15,000 kilometres, Nadeau will produce content for Hyundai Canada's official social media channels and where Canadians are invited to follow the adventure through weekly updates, as Nadeau treks west and north in an ell-electric vehicle.
