118 million visitors later: This Friday, the Casino de Montréal will serve chocolate delights to celebrate its 22nd anniversary Français
MONTRÉAL, Oct. 7, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - To mark its 22nd anniversary in style, the Casino de Montréal will be offering verrines of chocolate delights. The 4,000 portions will be distributed to patrons throughout gaming areas on every floor between 9 p.m. and midnight on Friday, October 9. The ambiance will certainly be festive with digital entertainment projected on big screens and presented on the main stage in Valet de carreau bar at 8:45 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.
General Manager Kevin Taylor wishes to give a tip of the hat to all Casino employees, saying that "they are the people who have made our establishment such a great success. It's an honour and great challenge for me to continue the Casino's mission. Few entertainment corporations in Québec have delivered such an exceptional performance. That's something to celebrate!" he concluded.
The Casino de Montréal was an instant success when it opened on October 9, 1993. Although only 5,000 persons were expected, the Casino welcomed almost 18,000 visitors per day. Interest never faded and, to date, almost 118 million visitors have come to the Île Notre-Dame casino.
This anniversary comes in the middle of roulette month in all four Québec casinos. Demo tables, special activities and tournaments complement each exciting visit to the Casino.
