20-20 Technologies - Changes to the Board of Directors
LAVAL, QC, March 18 /CNW Telbec/ - 20-20 Technologies Inc. (TSX: TWT), the world leader in 3D interior design and furniture manufacturing software, today announced that Mr. Ghislain St-Pierre completed his mandate as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Company as of March 16, 2010. Mr. St-Pierre elected not to seek re-election at the Company's Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
20-20 Technologies wishes to thank Mr. St-Pierre for his significant contribution to the Company as a member of its Board of Directors for the past twelve years and wishes him well in his future endeavors. Despite his departure from the Board of Directors, Mr. St-Pierre will continue to act as a special strategic consultant to the Company, thereby allowing 20-20 Technologies to further benefit from his substantial expertise in the technology sector.
The Company is pleased to announce the election of Mr. David Moszkowski, a highly regarded chartered accountant, to replace Mr. St-Pierre on the Board. Mr. Moszkowski has extensive experience with public companies acting in the technology and software markets. He is currently acting as a consultant to several public and private organizations. Previously, Mr. Moszkowski served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President of Fieldturf Tarkett Inc. The Directors of the Company extend a warm welcome to Mr. Moszkowski, who brings a wealth of experience to the Board.
