TORONTO, April 24, 2012 /CNW/ - Barclays PLC Extendible Step Up Deposit Notes, Series I-42 ("BBP.DB.D", the "Notes")  were posted for trading April 12, 2012 on an "if, as and when issued" basis. All trades up to and including April 24 will settle April 27, 2012, the Issue Date of the Notes.

On Wednesday, April 25, 2012 the Notes will begin trading on a regular settlement basis with accrued interest.
