The Grand Ulysse de Montréal prize was awarded to Father Claude Grou, Rector of Saint Joseph's Oratory of Mount Royal
MONTRÉAL, May 16, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - The Ulysse Awards were presented yesterday to seven Montréal tourism organizations and businesses that implemented bold and innovative business strategies in 2016. Held at Le Mount Stephen, this evening event was presented by Air Canada and organized by Tourisme Montréal.
"Tonight, we're celebrating the great work of our industry partners. These attractions and businesses put Montréal on the map as a must-see destination. Tourism promises to be especially strong in our city this year. We are more optimistic than ever!" said Yves Lalumière, President and CEO of Tourisme Montréal.
During the award ceremony and networking event, a special tribute was made to Father Claude Grou, Rector of Saint Joseph's Oratory of Mount Royal, for his involvement in the tourism industry.
