Mark Wiseman BlackRock Senior Managing Director & Global Head of Active Equities Prior to BlackRock, Mark was President & CEO of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB). Mark joined CPPIB in 2005 as the organization's Senior Vice-President, Private Investments, and later named Executive Vice-President, Investments, responsible for managing all of the investment activities of CPPIB. He was named President & CEO in 2012.
Prior to CPPIB, Mark was responsible for the private equity fund and co-investment program at the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. Previously, Mark was an officer with Harrowston Inc., a publicly traded Canadian merchant bank and a lawyer with Sullivan & Cromwell. He also served as a law clerk to Madam Justice Beverley McLachlin at the Supreme Court of Canada. Mark is a member of the Advisory Council on Economic Growth, is Chairman of the Focusing Capital on the Long Term initiative, which he co-founded, and serves on the board of several non-profit organizations, including Sinai Health Services, the Capital Markets Institute and the University of Toronto's Dean's Advisory Board.

Shelley O'Connor Morgan Stanley Ms. O'Connor has held a succession of senior leadership positions during her more than 30-year career with Morgan Stanley. These include serving as Head of Field Management for Wealth Management, with responsibility for the Firm's network of approximately 600 branches and 16,000 advisors, and as Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Stanley Private Bank.
She also served as Chief Administrative Officer for Wealth Management with responsibility for Risk Management, Technology and Operations, and as Chief Operating Officer of the U.S. Client Coverage Group.
Ms. O'Connor joined the Wealth Management leadership team in New York in 2004 after a long career in Wealth Management branch offices culminating in her leading the Southwest Region for the Private Wealth Management business. |
