2019 Pre-Budget Consultations

TORONTO, Dec. 18, 2018 /CNW/ - The Standing Committee on Finance and Economic Affairs will meet to conduct Pre-Budget Consultations.

The Committee intends to hold public hearings in Toronto on January 15 and 29, 2019; and in Dryden on January 21, in Timmins on January 22, in Ottawa on January 23, in Sarnia on January 24, in Kitchener-Waterloo on January 25, and in Peterborough on January 28, 2019.

Interested people who wish to be considered to make an oral presentation to the Committee on January 15, 2019, should provide their contact name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to the Clerk of the Committee by 9:00 a.m. on Monday, January 7, 2019.

Interested people who wish to be considered to make an oral presentation to the Committee during the week of January 21, on January 28, or on January 29, 2019, should provide their contact name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and preferred location to the Clerk of the Committee by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 8, 2019.

Those who do not wish to make an oral presentation but wish to comment on the issue may send a written submission to the Clerk of the Committee at the address below by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 29, 2019.
