250 restaurants across Canada join forces for Haiti relief
MONTREAL, Feb. 19 /CNW Telbec/ - 250 restaurants across Canada joined forces to help raise funds for those in need in Haiti. All participating restaurants operating under the Mikes(R), Bâton Rouge(R), Scores(R) and Pizza Delight(R) banners in Canada agreed to share $1 for each transaction that took place in their restaurants on February 3. With the added participation of Imvescor Restaurant Group, owner of the four participating restaurant brand names and who agreed to match any amount raised by its franchisees, the group was able to hand over a cheque for $47,792.00 to the Red Cross.

Imvescor Restaurant Group's Chief Operating Officer Terry Faulconbridge and Louis Ouellet from Edmundston, representing Pizza Delight(R), Jocelyn Lafrenière from Mont-Tremblant, representing Mikes(R), Calille Haddad from Sherbrooke, representing Scores(R) and Nick De Sanctis from Lachenaie, representing Bâton Rouge(R) met with the Red Cross in IRG's local office in Montreal today to present them with the cheque.
