TORONTO, Nov. 10 /CNW/ - The Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television, Global, and Showcase are thrilled to announce that music icon Elvis Costello (Gemini25 nominee for Best Talk Series, Spectacle: Elvis Costello With...) will be performing with Juno award-winning singer-songwriters Feist, Ron Sexsmith, fiddling sensation Kendel Carson, and renowned bassist Barry Bales at the 25th Annual Gemini Awards Broadcast Gala on Saturday, November 13, 2010. The annual celebration will air nationwide on Global and Showcase at 8pm.
The gala awards presentation will also pay a Special Tribute to Degrassi and will include appearances by Degrassi alumni including Nina Dobrev, Stefan Brogren, Amanda Stepto, Adamo Ruggiero, Cassie Steele, Lauren Collins, and Melinda Shankar.
