3 Tier Logic Enters into Advisory Agreement with Spinnaker Capital Markets Inc.

VANCOUVER, Dec. 3, 2014 /CNW/ - 3 Tier Logic (TSXV: TTM) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has retained Spinnaker Capital Markets Inc. ("Spinnaker") as its capital markets and investor relations advisor.

Spinnaker's mandate will focus on developing and expanding the network of investors, analysts, and financial intermediaries who are interested in following the 3 Tier Logic growth and investment story.  The agreement is for a term of twelve months starting December 1, 2014 plus a 60 day notice period. The agreement provides for a full range of Investor Relations services for a quarterly fee of $22,500.
