3 Tier Logic Technologies Licensed to Raise Money for Education
VANCOUVER, Sept. 22, 2015 /CNW/ - 3TL Technologies Corp. (TSXV: TTM) (the "Company") announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, 3 Tier Logic Inc., has completed a marketing campaign for a Vancouver, B.C. based super regional shopping center. The campaign used Platform³, the Company's mobile shopper marketing technology which encompasses a receipt scanning module, Snap3, and a social content sharing module, Social Portal.
The promotion demonstrated a unique use for the technologies, raising money for local schools. In the promotion, consumers used their mobile phones or desktops to log into the Snap3 microsite and upload a photo of their receipt from retailers at the shopping center. Consumers earned points for every dollar they spent and points were allocated to the school selected by the consumer. The twenty schools that received the most points were rewarded with cash prizes ranging from $250 to $5,000.
Consumers also earned additional points for their schools by sharing content on their personal social channels to help generate awareness of the promotion. Platform3's Social Portal was integrated into the Snap3 microsite to enable the social sharing functionality.
"It's an innovative application of our technology that provides schools a way to raise much needed funds in a time of government cutbacks." said Robert Craig, CEO of 3 Tier Logic. "We will continue to work with our clients to explore new solutions for connecting organizations with consumers through the new mobile and social channels."
