TORONTO, May 11, 2020 /CNW/ - 48North Cannabis Corp. ("48North" or the "Company") (TSXV:NRTH), today announced the appointment of Charles Vennat to the Company's Board of Directors. In addition, 48North announced the departure of Alison Gordon from the Company's Board.

The changes to the Company's Board of Directors are effective immediately.
