ST. CATHARINES, ON, Aug. 9, 2015 /CNW/ - 5 everyday swimmers have asked 3 experienced ultra-marathon swimmers to join them on a journey to a world record on Lake Ontario this weekend. These kids range in age from 11-15 and have trained over 3500 hours this year to prepare for a grueling swim that will give them a world record, an accomplishment only some swimmers can call their own.
Ayla Jukosky, Charlie French, Abby-gail Jones, Jayson Pigeon and Michaela Arsenault are 5 swimmers that have prepared for an epic journey in Lake Ontario this weekend. They are hardworking kids who are about to have a title only a few swimmers will ever have.
