60 million visitors later - The Casino du Lac-Leamy invites the public to come and celebrate its 20th anniversary

GATINEAU, QC, March 23, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - The Casino du Lac-Leamy is celebrating its 20^th anniversary in style. Colourful characters will hand out 4,000 sweet macarons to customers at the main entrance from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 24. These free sweets are only a prelude to the weekend festive ambiance at the Casino.

A heartwarming and colourful weekend
Adding local warmth to the occasion, Copacabanashak programming combines a sugar shack atmosphere with the heat of the tropics. Palm trees, ceintures fléchées and musical entertainment will complement the following popular activities:

• The Duel interactive game at Bar 7 (Thursday, starting at 6 p.m.), where contestants will go head to head on stage in a dice throw for a chance to win $1,000,000.
• The Copacabanashak evening at Bar 7 (Friday, starting at 6 p.m.), with a flair bartending show, free snacks and exotic cocktail creation workshops, while the interactive dance game will take place in the Zone starting at 9:30 p.m.
• Foodies will be well-served by the Casino's team, who have concocted a mouth-watering Copacabanashak Sunday brunch at Arôme.
• Finally, visitors can shake their booty during a Brazilian carnival evening with DJ Loco Fern and percussionist Raffaele Artigliere at ALÉA nightclub (Sunday, starting at 10 p.m.).
