MONTREAL, Oct. 16, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - The Réseau des carrefours jeunesse-emploi du Québec (RCJEQ) is proud to present the 9th edition of the national entrepreneurship day (NED) to be held on the 16 of November across the province. To celebrate the 9th edition of the NED the RCJEQ launches the Be Fantastic contest on JNCE.ca with a total of $ 3,500 in prizes!
To participate in this contest, young people aged between 13 and 35, will get the opportunity to showcase their talents, by submitting a video that represents one of seven of the entrepreneurial qualities of the contest. They can participate individually, or in teams (5 maximum).

By sharing the official publications of the Facebook page JNCE, users have the chance to win one of five laptops donated by Insertech Angus, a social inclusion company, partner of the NED.
Many activities will be organized on the day by 98 Entrepreneurship Awareness & Promotion Officers (EAPO) based in the carrefours jeunesse-emploi (CJE) across Quebec. The activities will be posted on the NED portal available at: www.jnce.ca.

Techno journalist Francois Charron is accompanied this year by Genevieve Everell, one of the most popular sushi chefs in Quebec, to promote the NED to Quebecers. The two ambassadors of the 9th edition of the NED have a great deal in common. The two are passionate entrepreneurs, recognized for their creativity, and their respective expertise that embody entrepreneurial qualities.
About the National Entrepreneurship Day
The main objective of the NED is to promote youth entrepreneurship, and to highlight the importance of entrepreneurial culture in the development of our society with schools, community organization, youth groups, elected officials, entrepreneurs and the media.

The mission of the Réseau des carrefours jeunesse-emploi du Québec (RCJEQ) is to unite, support and represent the various Carrefour Jeunesse-Emploi's of Quebec. This is done in the hope of developing, promoting, and defending with their members, orientations based on community needs. While pursuing this mandate, the RCJEQ favor personal, professional, social and economic autonomy of the youth they help. The RCJEQ is financially supported by the Youth Secretariat, as part of the 2009-2014 Youth Action Strategy.
