À Domicile will open its doors on January 31 - Groupe Sportscene introduces a new modern canteen concept Français
MONTRÉAL, Jan. 29, 2019 /CNW Telbec/ - The very first À Domicile location—Groupe Sportscene's latest project—will open its doors next Thursday, January 31. Located at 2900 Le Carrefour Blvd., in Laval, À Domicile will offer gourmet, affordable and decadent food that can be eaten on site or at home. The overall concept of À Domicile is unique in Quebec and aimed at a complementary customer-base to that of La Cage – Brasserie sportive. It was conceived and implemented through a collaboration between Groupe Sportscene and lg2 Creative Agency.
Louis-François Marcotte designed the menu for this modern canteen. "À Domicile is a new space where customers will be welcomed as if they were at home. We offer a simple, tasty and affordable menu, served in an atmosphere focused on comfort, fun and games. The layout of the premises promotes group interaction, and À Domicile's overall offer is designed for our customers to enjoy a new dining experience and feel at home, without meal prep or dishes," explains Jean Bédard, President and CEO of Groupe Sportscene.
À Domicile being a cashless establishment, customers will be invited to pay their bills directly at the counter, with no intermediary, and only electronically, as there will be no cash transactions.
Five zones will be set up to allow customers to enjoy the complete experience, and several dozen different games, including arcade games (Pacman, etc.), game consoles, board games (Cranium, Skip-Bo, Uno, Scrabble, Jenga, etc.), card games, ping-pong, darts, foosball and air hockey, will be available at all times.
