OAKVILLE, ON, Sept. 6, 2012 /CNW/ - Tim Hortons announced today that tea lovers across Quebec will now be able to enjoy the comfort of a premium quality Loose Leaf Steeped Tea.
Tim Hortons' unique blend of real Orange Pekoe tea leaves is steeped through a process that gently coaxes out the flavour to produce a consistently delicious cup of tea. New pots are brewed every 20 minutes, providing Quebeckers on the go with a great tasting cup of tea, like if they were at home.
"Tea consumption habits have increased over the last few years and we see Quebec tea drinkers as a growing market," said Dave McKay, Director of Brand Marketing for Beverages, Tim Hortons. "We want tea drinkers to feel welcomed at Tim Hortons and with this new menu addition guests can now count on an authentic, quality cup of Steeped Tea to relax at any time of the day."
Tim Hortons restaurants will continue to carry a wide range of specialty tea, such as Green, Earl Grey, Peppermint, Chai, Chamomile, English Breakfast, Honey Lemon, Apple Cinnamon, Blueberry White and Pomegranate White.
