AAER announces the filing of an amended and restated preliminary prospectus

BROMONT, QC, Feb. 26 /CNW/ - AAER Inc. (TSX-V : AAE) ("AAER" or the "Corporation"), Canada's only original equipment manufacturer of wind turbines of 1 megawatt ("MW") and more, announced today that it has obtained a receipt for its amended and restated preliminary short form prospectus dated February 25, 2010 amending and restating its preliminary prospectus dated December 29, 2009 (the "Prospectus"). The Prospectus was amended in accordance with applicable securities laws further to recent changes in relation to AAER's business as announced in its press release dated February 16, 2010.
The Offering is subject to usual conditions, including approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
