AAER Inc. - Changes to the board of directors

MONTREAL , Sept. 23 /CNW/ - AAER Inc. (TSX-V: AAE), ("AAER" or the "Corporation"), Canada's only original equipment manufacturer of wind turbines of 1 megawatt ("MW") and more, today announced that Mr. Bernard Bougie has resigned as director of AAER effective September 20, 2009 . Mr. Bougie has been a director since June 21, 2007 ; however, the time demands of his profession will no longer allow him to effectively carry out his mandate as a director of AAER. The Board of directors thank him for his involvement with the Corporation for the last two years.
