Absolute Achieves Interoperability Certification with RSA Security Analytics
VANCOUVER, Feb. 29, 2016 /CNW/ - Absolute® (TSX: ABT), the industry standard for persistent endpoint security and data risk management solutions, today announced it has achieved RSA® Ready Technical Partner Certification.
This interoperability recognizes the collection of endpoint intelligence data collected by Absolute Data & Device Security (DDS) is interoperable with RSA Security Analytics. Joint customers can use the Absolute SIEM connector to feed critical Absolute DDS security alert data directly into the RSA Security Analytics platform. If an endpoint security alert is triggered, customers can investigate and respond within the broader context of the RSA Security Analytics environment.
"We are pleased to provide this designation to Absolute and we welcome Absolute DDS intelligence into the RSA Ready Program," said Kunal Udeshi, director of partnerships, RSA. "This interoperability collaboration helps ensure our joint customers benefit from enhanced security operations, with the ability to effectively address potential vulnerabilities within a single platform."
"We believe that a layered approach to security represents the best practice in guarding against data and network threats," said Geoff Haydon, Chief Executive Officer, Absolute. "This certification is a significant step in ensuring customers can integrate valuable endpoint alerts within RSA Security Analytics to provide important context around security incidents as they emerge."
