Absolute Declares Quarterly Dividend
VANCOUVER, July 20, 2016 /CNW/ - Absolute® (TSX: ABT), the industry standard for persistent endpoint security and data risk management solutions, today announced that on July 20, 2016 its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share on its common shares, payable in cash on August 26, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 5, 2016.
Dividends are designated to be eligible dividends pursuant to subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any applicable provincial legislation pertaining to eligible dividends.
