Absolute Software Appoints James Pattinson as Vice President, EMEA
VANCOUVER, June 18, 2015 /CNW/ - Absolute® Software Corporation (TSX: ABT), the industry standard for persistent endpoint security and data risk management solutions for computers, laptops, tablets and smartphones, today announced James Pattinson will join the company as vice president, Sales for EMEA on July 13, 2015.
Pattinson joins Absolute with a widespread and distinguished background in information security. A proven entrepreneurial leader and an industry veteran of more than 25 years, Pattinson has extensive experience leading strategic sales operations for midsize and large enterprise markets.

Prior to Absolute, Pattinson was vice president, Northern Europe, Middle East, Africa, for Imperva where he established a new enterprise class channel through new system integrator partners and managed security service providers. This model generated predictable revenue run rates and profitable channel relationships. Pattinson has previously held leadership positions at Arrow Electronics, Blue Coat and HP.
