Absolute Software Declares Quarterly Dividend

VANCOUVER, Jan. 20, 2015 /CNW/ - Absolute® Software Corporation (TSX: ABT), the industry standard for persistent endpoint security and management solutions for computers, laptops, tablets and smartphones, announced today that the Board of Directors of Absolute Software Corporation has declared a dividend of $0.07 per share on the common shares in the capital of the Company, payable on February 27, 2015 to shareholders of record on February 6, 2015.

Dividends are designated to be eligible dividends pursuant to subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any applicable provincial legislation pertaining to eligible dividends.
