Both events focus on the significant, long-lasting impacts of serious breaches, and actionable prevention techniques organizations can undertake to avoid becoming the next data-breach headline.

The "Data Breaches - Don't Be a Headline" webinar begins at 11:00 am PDT on Tuesday, July 22, 2014, and the AMA begins at 10:00 am PDT on Thursday, July 24, 2014. A former Nassau County, N.Y. Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Treglia is a respected cybercrime prosecutor and legal industry veteran. He helped create and served for 14 years as the head of Nassau County's, Long Island, N.Y. Technology Crime Unit, one of the first of its kind in the U.S. Mr. Treglia now serves as Legal Counsel for Absolute Software.

In his webinar presentation, Mr. Treglia will offer a forensic look at the substantial legal and financial consequences stemming from serious data breaches, regardless of the industry or market where breaches occur. He will also explain why every data breach has resulted in an out-of-court settlement, regulators' concerns over the security protocols that are in place before a breach occurs, and technical options that can help organizations minimize - or even avoid - damaging outcomes.

In his follow-up AMA, Mr. Treglia will deconstruct a high-profile data breach, sharing the phases of impact that continue to occur even years after the event.
