Absolute Software Reports Voting Results of Election of Directors
VANCOUVER, Dec. 13, 2013 /CNW/ - Absolute® Software Corporation (TSX: ABT), the industry standard for persistent endpoint security and management solutions for computers, laptops, tablets and smartphones, announces that, at its annual general meeting of shareholders held on December 11, 2013, each of the six nominees listed below proposed as directors and listed in its management information circular dated November 6, 2013 were elected as directors. As previously announced, Mr. Livingston withdrew his name from consideration for nomination as a director at this year's annual general meeting.
