Academy Explorations Limited Changes Auditors

TORONTO, March 10, 2015 /CNW/ - Academy Explorations Limited announces that, the Board of Directors of the Company, based on the recommendation of its Audit Committee and subject to compliance with all statutory requirements, has appointed ND LLP as the auditor of the Company. The predecessor auditor of the Company, John Scholz resigned as the auditor of the Company as he has not been proposed for reappointment. ND LLP performed the audit of the Company's amended annual financial statements for the year ended April 30, 2014 and will perform the audit of the Company's annual financial statements for the year ended April 30, 2015.

There have been no reservations contained in Mr. Scholz's on any of the Company's financial statements relating to the financial years ended April 30, 2012 and April 30, 2013 or any subsequent period, and there are no reportable events, as such term is defined in National Instrument 51-102, between the Company and Mr. Scholz. The Company filed the required reporting package in accordance with National Instrument 51-102.

There are 1,567,234 common shares issued of Academy Explorations Limited.
