Academy Explorations Limited Changes Auditors

TORONTO, July 30, 2015 /CNW/ - Academy Explorations Limited announces that, the Board of Directors of the Company, based on the recommendation of its Audit Committee and subject to compliance with all statutory requirements, has appointed Zeifmans LLP as the auditor of the Company. The predecessor auditor of the Company, ND LLP resigned as the auditor of the Company as has not been proposed for reappointment. Zeifmans LLP will perform the audit of the Company's annual financial statements for the year ended April 30, 2015.

There have been no reservations contained in ND LLPs' report on the Company's amended financial statements relating to the financial year ended April 30, 2014 or any subsequent period, and there are no reportable events, as such term is defined in National Instrument 51-102, between the Company and ND LLP. The Company filed the required reporting package in accordance with National Instrument 51-102.

There are 1,567,234 common shares issued of Academy Explorations Limited.
