Acklands-Grainger Hosts "The Works" Canada's Largest MRO And Safety Product Expo

Company celebrates its 125-year history of keeping Canadian businesses running and their employees safe

TORONTO, Jan. 15, 2014 /CNW/ - Acklands-Grainger, Canada's leading distributor of industrial, safety and fastener products, is hosting "The Works," Canada's largest maintenance repair and operations (MRO) and safety show, at the Toronto Congress Centre. As part of the event, Acklands-Grainger, founded in 1889, is celebrating its 125^th year of operations.

"The Works" brings together more than 3,000 members of the Canadian business community, manufacturers of MRO products and Acklands-Grainger team members to discuss industry trends, safety and strategies for reducing operating costs and enhancing productivity.

In addition to the factory-themed pavilion and product expo, the company will host a variety of seminars to provide information and industry best practices in areas related to effectively managing MRO costs, creating a world-class safety culture and how sustainability efforts can help drive business performance.
