TORONTO, Aug. 30, 2012 /CNW/ - The Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) and the Canadian Condominium Institute, Toronto Area Chapter (CCI-T) applaud the Ministry of Consumer Services announcement outlining the Public Engagement Review Process of the Condominium Act. With the engagement of Canada's Public Policy Forum (PPF) to lead the process, the review of the Condominium Act will have three stages to give condominium owners, residents and other stakeholder's opportunities to identify issues and develop solutions and recommendations.
This collaborative approach will provide communities and stakeholders with a shared responsibility to collectively formulate a workable action plan.
