ACSESS Announces 2013 Staffing Industry Award Winners

TORONTO, Nov. 13, 2013 /CNW/ - The Association of Canadian Search, Employment & Staffing Services (ACSESS), is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2013 staffing industry awards.

As the National Association representing the staffing industry in Canada, ACSESS annually honours and recognizes members and member firms for outstanding contributions made to the Association, the community and the staffing industry as a whole.

The ACSESS 2013 Awards Ceremony took place at the Association's Owner/Manager Forum held in Montreal on November 7^th. The following members were recognized for their exceptional achievements in several areas including health and safety, leadership, volunteerism and community service.

The Award of Excellence, the Association's highest award which is presented to an individual who has demonstrated exemplary leadership and dedication to the industry was presented to Randy Upright, CEO, Manpower (Alberta).

The Community Service Award	Adecco Canada (a multi-national firm with offices across Canada)
The Community Service Award	Drakkar Human Resources (an independent firm operating in Quebec and Ontario)
The Special Recognition Award	Stephane Bédard, Bedard Ressources Inc. (Montreal)
The Health & Safety Award	CWS Contingent Workforce Solutions (Mississauga)
The Chapter of the Year Award	Calgary Chapter
