Adecco Canada's President & Country Manager Named One of Canada's Most Powerful Women

TORONTO, Dec. 4, 2012 /CNW/ - Adecco Employment Services Limited announced today that their President and Country Manager, Sandra Hokansson has been named one of Canada's Top 100 Most Powerful Women for 2012, adding further distinction to an impressive eight-years at the helm of the workforce solutions leader.

One year later, this plan allowed the company to realize revenue growth rates above the staffing industry average. Since then, Adecco Canada continues to record solid financial performance and has also demonstrated the ability to pioneer the development of innovative workforce solutions that respond to the evolving needs of their partnership accounts.

Strong meaningful leadership however is not built on numbers alone. In addition to the financial success that Sandra has been able to drive at Adecco Canada, her ability to build a strong employee base has also contributed to her selection for this award. Sandra's commitment to promoting talent from within has seen over 30 internal promotions within a 12 month period alone. This award is handed out by the Women's Executive Network to the top 100 women achievers and leaders in Canada's private, public and not-for-profit sectors.
