ADF Group Inc. announces the departure of its Chief Financial Officer

TERREBONNE, QC, March 17 /CNW Telbec/ - ADF Group Inc. ("ADF" or the "Corporation") (TSX: DRX) announced earlier today that Mr. Louis Potvin will be soon stepping down as Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation. Mr. Potvin will be leaving on April 23, 2010 to face new challenges at "Les Métaux Tremblay", as chief executive officer.

ADF's Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer expressed on behalf of the Corporation: "We were sad to learn from Louis Potvin that he would be leaving ADF Group. We would like to thank him for his untiring efforts over his last eight years of service with the Corporation. We wish him every success in his new endeavours."

ADF has retained an executive search firm to fill the position of Chief Financial Officer. This recruitment will be supervised by the Compensation, Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Corporation together with the management of the Corporation. If this position is not filled before Mr. Potvin's departure, his responsibilities will be temporarily assumed by Mrs. Marise Paschini, Executive Vice-President, and Corporate Secretary and Treasurer of the Corporation, with the support of ADF's internal team of seasoned professionals.
