PLYMOUTH, Mich., June 29, 2018 /CNW/ -- Adient plc (NYSE: ADNT), a global leader in automotive seating, today announced it has applied to the Autorité des marchés financiers, the securities regulatory authority in the Province of Québec, for a decision deeming it to have ceased to be a reporting issuer in that jurisdiction. If the requested decision is made by the Autorité des marchés financiers, Adient will no longer be a reporting issuer in the Province of Québec.
Canadian shareholders will still be able to access Adient's financial statements and other continuous disclosure materials required to be filed by it in accordance with the applicable securities laws of the United States and the rules of the New York Stock Exchange, which are publicly available to all security holders of Adient under Adient's profile at www.sec.gov.
