To be combined with Dentsu Canada and form DentsuBos
TORONTO, June 1, 2012 /CNW/ - Dentsu Network announced today the acquisition of Montreal based creative advertising agency Bos, a deal that will officially combine the shop with Dentsu Canada, based in Toronto. The shops will function as one under the name DentsuBos.
Effective immediately, Bob Shropshire, who has been for many years Dentsu Canada's CEO, will act as Chairman of the combined businesses. Michel Ostiguy, President and CEO of Bos since its inception in 1988, becomes CEO of DentsuBos and President of DentsuBos Montreal. Claude Carrier, Executive Vice President of Bos will take the role of President DentsuBos Toronto. And Roger Gariepy, also Executive Vice President of Bos will act as Chief Creative Officer.
