TORONTO, April 30, 2012 /CNW/ - AEGON Fund Management Inc. (AFM) has received unitholder approval for the mutual fund mergers announced on March 5th, 2012 at the special meeting of unitholders held on April 13th, 2012. Unitholders approved the merger of each Terminating Fund listed below into the applicable Continuing Fund. In addition, regulatory approval has been granted for the applicable mergers.
Effective April 27th, 2012, the Terminating Funds have been merged into the Continuing Funds as listed below.
